How much does a 2813 Chinese movement cost?

This is a 2813 Chinese movement I bought at Startime Supply for US $29.95. I believe it is the most popular movement inside the Replica watches and a very simple, cheap and reliable automatic movement.

Is a 2813 a slow rollover?

The only complaint (which is minor) is the time snaps over just pass midnight, not exactly at midnight. It's not a slow rollover, just not exact, I don't really care about that, but wish to point it out for accuracy. The older version was a relatively reliable movement based some what on the miyota 8215, although the rotor seems to have been changed. Again this movement has nothing to do with ETA.
